For Applicants:

Hairways (Hair & Beauty) Ltd takes the privacy of job applicants very seriously. We require this information during the process of assessing suitable candidates for the position in the company - this will only be disclosed to authorised nominated persons and kept on file for 6 months.

For Staff:

The personal information we hold includes:

We require this information during the process of your employment, which is also a legal requirement for HMRC. We also require this information to protect your natural rights and to provide such services as work force pensions.

Who Will Process Data?

Hairways (Hair & Beauty) Ltd takes the privacy of customers very seriously. We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We may share this information with third party service providers employed by us to perform functions on our behalf, such as courier companies delivering orders. We don't share, distribute or lease your personal information with any third parties unless: you have an unpaid debt which is in default of our terms and conditions. We perform credit checks for an application for credit, which provide services to us under contract ,or disclosure is permitted by, or required by, law.

Why Are We Processing Data?

We require this information to provide you with a service. This data will be held for the purpose of opening a trade card or credit account. These will hold a sales history on all transactions, returns, special orders, customer queries, lost items. This information used when stock orders are picked, packed and dispatched by our orders team. Landline and mobile numbers are used for orders, which helps us (and courier companies working on our behalf) to contact you if there’s a problem with your order.

When Will Data Be Processed?

On opening a trade card which holds a sales history on all transactions, special orders are requested by you, end of year accounts or copy documents are requested, when stock orders are picked, packed and dispatched by our orders team,.
