Dusk is a rich muted berry mauve with a soft purple undertone. Polished and understated, it delivers a deeper wash of colour without feeling overly dark, making it a versatile choice for sophisticated autumn manicures.

Dusk forms part of the Halo Super Rich collection, an advanced gel polish range developed with ultra-high pigmentation for intense colour payoff and professional salon performance.

The Super Rich formula has a richer, creamier and thicker consistency than standard Halo Gel Polish and should be applied in thin coats.

One-coat coverage is possible with Super Rich, but coverage can vary depending on the shade, application technique and individual application. Additional coats may be required to achieve the desired finish.

How To Apply & Remove

Application:

  1. Shape the nails, carry out cuticle work and remove surface shine from the nail plate.
  2. Remove dust and surface oils with a suitable Halo nail preparation product.
  3. Apply a thin layer of Halo Gel Polish Base Coat, sealing the free edge.
  4. Cure according to the current Halo Base Coat instructions.
  5. Remove excess gel from the brush before application, as Super Rich should be applied in thin coats.
  6. Apply a thin layer of Dusk, seal the free edge and cure for 60 seconds.
  7. Apply an additional thin coat where required and cure for a further 60 seconds.
  8. Apply your chosen Halo Gel Polish Top Coat and cure according to its current instructions.
  9. Complete the service according to the directions for the top coat being used.

Removal:

  1. Buff through the gel top coat.
  2. Wrap the nails using acetone and suitable removal foils.
  3. Allow the gel polish sufficient time to soften.
  4. Carefully remove the softened product using a suitable gel removal tool.
  5. Repeat the soak where required rather than forcing product from the natural nail.

Halo Super Rich is recommended for use with Halo Gel Polish Base and Top Coat and can also be used alongside other Pure Nails systems including PoliBuild, Acrylic and EasiBuild.
