If you want a more pigmented look, you can use a fan brush to sprinkle the dust onto tacky nail polish or topcoat. Once you have achieved the design you desire, simply brush off the excess and seal in the powders with our Quick Dry Topcoat or Finishing Sealer. In addition, you can also choose to simply dab the glitter onto tacky polish with a makeup sponge to accentuate the glitter's pigment & sparkle.
