Strictly Professional Pre-Tint Eyelash Cleanser has been formulated to clean and prepare natural lashes/brows prior to tinting. In order to ensure that the tint develops it is important to clean lashes thoroughly. A handy dropper nozzle makes this easy, hygienic and economical to use.

Apply to the lashes and eyebrows using dampened cotton discs prior to tinting. Oil, grease must be removed form lashes for the eyelash tint to work.
